BLAKEAWAY is a leading ready-made meal business, founded by the same team behind Blakes Feast Catering, a renowned catering company established in 1992. With a celebrated career in the culinary world, co-owner Andrew Blake has earned a reputation for innovation and excellence, both in his celebrated restaurants and through his significant contributions to Australia’s food scene. His passion for exceptional food and dedication to quality have made him a respected figure in the industry, shaping his ventures like BLAKEAWAY into a trusted brand for food lovers.

BLAKEAWAY was born out of necessity during the pandemic when the founders saw an opportunity to offer convenient and high-quality meal options for busy people. BLAKEAWAY quickly gained popularity among food lovers and those who enjoy entertaining but don't have time to cook.

In December 2020, BLAKEAWAY opened its first physical store in Portsea, which quickly became a favourite among holidaymakers. Offering a new way of eating on the Peninsula, it was embraced with open arms. Today, BLAKEAWAY has expanded to six physical locations across Melbourne, and its online meal delivery business makes its offerings accessible to customers across Victoria, New South Wales, ACT, South Australia and Queensland.
