Deliveries & Collection
Our deliveries are managed by Be Cool Refrigerated Services, one of Australia’s largest delivery providers. Delivery updates and tracking links are are sent via text message the evening prior to the delivery window. Notifications are also sent when the order has been delivered.
Our insulated 'disco boxes' are fully recyclable are can remain out of refrigeration for up to 2hrs upon delivery. We recommend refrigerating the items as soon as possible after delivery as we cannot guarantee the integrity of the food if left out longer than 2hrs.
Please make sure correct address & phone number of recipient is supplied, we cannot be be responsible for errors with delivery if the incorrect information is provided.

METRO Melbourne & Mornington Peninsula
Wednesdays and Saturdays. Standard fee of $15. Public holiday fee $25
OUTER Melbourne & REGIONAL Victoria
Wednesday and Saturday - some postcode exclusions may apply. Standard fee of $25. Public holiday fee $40
Orders close at 10AM Monday for Wednesday deliveries and 10AM Thursday for Saturday deliveries. Orders can be placed up to a week in advance. To see the full list of delivery days & post codes please click here
Catering & Christmas order delivery fee is $50.
Free shipping on orders $220 or more is applicable to regular menu orders only. This offer does not apply to any Catering order deliveries or Christmas order deliveries. This offer is subject to change at any time.
Collections:
Collections are available from our Glen Iris café window 7 days a week. We now offer a click & collect service with your order being ready within 24hrs.
Armadale, Brighton, South Yarra & 101 Collins stores click and collect service is ready within 4 hours.
Collections in these time frames are subject to stock availability when ordering.
