Truly love the Spicy peanut satay sauce, its absolutely delicious (a little bit too hot but still such a quality satay to enjoy with meat, chicken, or even with home made pilaf Turkish Rice dish to spike it up a bit.

Also, Bayside Melbourne needs to be able to enjoy Blakeaway made vegetarian pasties and pies on a regular basis, as they are so lacking in terms of quality and taste. They are sorely missed in Brighton.

I've been searching for a solid option for ready made meals via the NDIS for a while now and I believe blakeaway is a great option!
Some information I could not find easily for those interested:

- Meals are Vacuum Packed & come refrigerated not frozen
- Nutrition and best before date on the back.
(sounds obvious but the amount of services I've tried that just delivered them in takeaway containers is insane!)
- (Single Serve) Meals will require a mixture of microwave and oven
- Proteins provided are generous and not an afterthought (if you've ever tried big name meal providers, you'll know they are mostly carbs then only a small amount of protein)
- Meals are seasoned well, but are familiar and consistent enough for mild ARFID/Autistic individuals. Personal recommendations for these are schnitzel and pasta meals.

I would love to see more single serve meal varieties consisting of your bigger portions (as someone who cannot cook often due to disability) and possibly more sides consisting of vegetables for those who struggle to hit their daily servings. Thanks!

Have moved buying some nice easy dinners to take away to the snow so easy and alll the guests loved them

I have a form of Parkinsons which makes it difficult to cut, tear up, walk etc. so I need help to get the packed meals to my kitchen and then to unwrap the meals. E.G. I ordered some delicious salads and they all had the lids taped down which I found difficult. Didn’t stop me eating them though 😀!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know this was done to ensure contents weren’t spilled….but it was still maddening. The desserts were all taped to the delivery box and caused me a great deal of effort to release them and some spillage.
Hope this is taken as positive feedback as I LOVE YOUR MEALS
