    WHERE DO YOU DELIVER & PRICING?

    We currently deliver to:

    Delivery charges vary based on your location:

    • Metro Melbourne $10
    • Majority of Regional Victoria $15

    The delivery charge is typically covered by your SAH package or NDIS plan.

    WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY DAYS AND ORDER CUT OFF?

    Orders for within Victoria are delivered every Thursday. Sydney & Canberra are delivered Fridays, Adelaide & SA are delivered Saturdays and Brisbane, Gold Coast & QLD the following Monday (orders close every Tuesday at 2pm).

    Orders are delivered between 8am & 8pm on the date selected at checkout. You will receive a message with an ETA for delivery and a tracking link prior to delivery of your order. Please note these times are an estimate and can vary due to a number of conditions such as traffic and weather.

    Yes, you can! We’re happy to take phone orders between Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm.

    Yes, they can. They can either place the order online or over the phone (Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm)

    WILL MY FOOD STAY FRESH DURING DELIVERY?

    BLAKEAWAY deliveries are facilitated by Home Delivery Service (HDS), one of Australia’s largest national refrigerated courier companies. For local areas within an approximate 5-10km radius of our store locations in Metro Melbourne we generally hand-deliver.

    Orders are delivered in our insulated 'disco boxes,' which are fully recyclable and can remain out of refrigeration for up to 2 hours upon delivery. We recommend refrigerating items as soon as possible after delivery

    WHAT IS SUPPORT AT HOME (SAH)?

    From 1 November 2025, the new Support at Home program (SaH) is replacing multiple home-care schemes with one national program.

    The SaH program improves access to services, products, equipment, and home modifications to help participants to remain living independently at home for longer.
