When Andrew Blake cooks, it’s always something special. His Black Label Bolognaise is made in small batches, by the man himself, using the very best ingredients.

Think wagyu beef, pork mince, pancetta and a hint of n’duja, simmered low and slow with red wine, tomato, carrot, celery, garlic and thyme. The result? A deeply flavoured sauce with just the right amount of warmth- rich, hearty and ready when you are.

Toss it through pasta, layer it into lasagna, or spoon it over creamy polenta. However you serve it, this is bolognaise, elevated the BLAKEAWAY way.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

BLAKEAWAY deliveries are facilitated by Home Delivery Service (HDS), one of Australia’s largest national refrigerated courier companies. For local areas within an approximate 5-10km radius of our store locations in Metro Melbourne we generally hand-deliver.

Orders are delivered in our insulated 'disco boxes,' which are fully recyclable and can remain out of refrigeration for up to 2 hours upon delivery.

We recommend refrigerating items as soon as possible after delivery.
Delivery ETA notifications and tracking information are sent via SMS to the mobile number provided with the shipping information during checkout. Please refer to this for notification of your delivery, as the drivers may not knock or ring the doorbell.

Available delivery windows will automatically show during checkout and are based on post codes.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

transfer contents to a saucepan and warm over a low / medium heat stirring occasionally until hot or transfer contents to a microwave safe container and heat at 2 minute intervals until hot. if consistency is too thick, just add a little water to achieve desired consistency. toss into your favourite pasta. if frozen, defrost completely before following instructions above.
