Great sandwiches but the pick up was a bit of an issue

Sandwiches were wonderful but pick up was a bit of a mess. It was grand final day and I suspect you had staffing issues. I understood that the sandwiches could be picked up from South Yarra around 7.30am. I went there at 8 but was told they would not be there till 10.30. I couldn’t go there at that time so arranged for my daughter to pick them up from Glen Iris. At about 10.15 I got a message to say they were at South Yarra. Fortunately that was wrong and my daughter just turned up at Glen iris and got them there. I understand staffing on a weekend can be tricky but maybe messaging could have been better.
We still loved the sandwiches!
Thanks

It was my first time ordering, and I found the sandwiches tasted really good — very fresh and perfect for kids to bring for lunch. The packaging was also great. Next time, I’ll be more adventurous and try some other options.

Still think they’re yum!

I cannot give equal billing to these ham, cheese and pickle sandwiches however they are still delicious and high quality and tasty. The truffled chicken sandwiches win over these but I like to order them too.
