We've combined it with a local vodka from White Light and a generous pour of cream to create a sauce of remarkable richness and depth. A simple showstopper.

Two ways to serve it:

  • The easy way — toss through our Rustichella Paccheroni or your favourite pasta for an effortless, restaurant-quality dinner
  • The 'restaurant' way — pour over cooked pasta, top with extra parmesan, and bake under the grill until golden and bubbling for a show-stopping gratin

BLAKEAWAY deliveries are facilitated by Home Delivery Service (HDS), one of Australia’s largest national refrigerated courier companies. For local areas within an approximate 5-10km radius of our store locations in Metro Melbourne we generally hand-deliver.

Orders are delivered in our insulated 'disco boxes,' which are fully recyclable and can remain out of refrigeration for up to 2 hours upon delivery.

We recommend refrigerating items as soon as possible after delivery.
Delivery ETA notifications and tracking information are sent via SMS to the mobile number provided with the shipping information during checkout. Please refer to this for notification of your delivery, as the drivers may not knock or ring the doorbell.

Available delivery windows will automatically show during checkout and are based on post codes.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

transfer contents to a saucepan and warm over a low / medium heat stirring occasionally until hot or transfer contents to a microwave safe container and heat at 2 minute intervals until hot. if consistency is too thick, just add a little water to achieve desired consistency. toss into your favourite pasta
