A fragrant Thai red curry made with tender pork, sweet lychees, roasted cashews and fresh green peppercorns. Rich with coconut milk and warming spices, it’s full of depth and balance — sweet, savoury and just the right amount of heat. Served with steamed jasmine rice.

Fresh and cryovaced to maintain quality and extend shelf life. Clearly labelled with a best before date.

Ready to heat. Fragrant. High in protein.

Heating Instructions:
Microwave: Pierce plastic 3 times. Heat on high for 2–3 mins. Rest 1 min before removing. Be careful of steam when removing tray.
Oven: Remove plastic, cover with foil. Heat at 160°C for 10–15 mins.

BLAKEAWAY deliveries are facilitated by Home Delivery Service (HDS), one of Australia’s largest national refrigerated courier companies. For local areas within an approximate 5-10km radius of our store locations in Metro Melbourne we generally hand-deliver.

Orders are delivered in our insulated 'disco boxes,' which are fully recyclable and can remain out of refrigeration for up to 2 hours upon delivery.

We recommend refrigerating items as soon as possible after delivery.
Delivery ETA notifications and tracking information are sent via SMS to the mobile number provided with the shipping information during checkout. Please refer to this for notification of your delivery, as the drivers may not knock or ring the doorbell.
