serving instructions
microwave the blini for 15-20 seconds to refresh. place a slice of gravlax on each blini. cut the tip of the piping bag and squeeze a small amount of cultured cream on to each blini, followed by a pinch of the pickled shallot. garnish with dill fronds.

BLAKEAWAY deliveries are facilitated by Home Delivery Service (HDS), one of Australia’s largest national refrigerated courier companies. For local areas within an approximate 5-10km radius of our store locations in Metro Melbourne we generally hand-deliver.

Orders are delivered in our insulated 'disco boxes,' which are fully recyclable and can remain out of refrigeration for up to 2 hours upon delivery.

We recommend refrigerating items as soon as possible after delivery.
Delivery ETA notifications and tracking information are sent via SMS to the mobile number provided with the shipping information during checkout. Please refer to this for notification of your delivery, as the drivers may not knock or ring the doorbell.

Available delivery windows will automatically show during checkout and are based on post codes.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

Microwave the blini for 15-20 seconds to refresh. Arrange neatly on a platter. Start by placing one piece of salmon gravlax on each blini.
