assembly instructions

pre-heat oven to 180c. place burger pattie on oven tray & heat for 4-5mins.
warm buns for 2-3min before spreading both sides of bun with tomato sauce, add burger pattie to the bottom half of bun, with cheese and pickles, then place on top of bun before serving.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 180 degrees, transfer sliced pork belly pieces on to a tray and heat for 10-12 minutes or until warmed through. Meanwhile, microwave the bao buns for 30 seconds. Place one slice of pork belly in each bao, followed by a couple of pieces of pickled cucumber and ¾ teaspoon of the ssamjang mayo. Serve immediately
