Classic Minestrone Soup

Classic Minestrone Soup

A light yet hearty vegetable-based soup, packed with seasonal vegetables, and beans in a vegetable broth.

We used to call this winter in a bowl, but truthfully it’s just as perfect for spring or autumn. Nourishing, satisfying, and never too heavy.

Cryovaced for freshness and to extend shelf life.

Plant-based. High in fibre. Ready to heat.

This is better than my mums She gave me the recipe

This is better than my mums
She gave me the recipe, and it was always such an enormous undertaking to make it with chopping all the vegetables and carry on. It also makes enough for ten men! So now, getting this and it being so awesome saves me so much trouble. Thank you!
