ROASTED PEACH, RASPBERRY SAUTERNES JELLY & MASCARPONE TRIFLE

ROASTED PEACH, RASPBERRY SAUTERNES JELLY & MASCARPONE TRIFLE

Trifle, brought into the 21st century – and not quite as you might remember it. No tinned fruit, packet jelly, supermarket sponge or stodgy custard here. Just fresh ingredients and a little BLAKEAWAY flair.

Roasted peaches, raspberry Sauternes jelly and creamy mascarpone come together in luscious layers for a Christmas centrepiece that’s every bit as generous as the original, with a lighter, fresher spirit.

Serves 6–8.

Available exclusively by pre-order for Christmas. Collect from Glen Iris, 16–24 December.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

BLAKEAWAY deliveries are facilitated by Home Delivery Service (HDS), one of Australia’s largest national refrigerated courier companies. For local areas within an approximate 5-10km radius of our store locations in Metro Melbourne we generally hand-deliver.

Orders are delivered in our insulated 'disco boxes,' which are fully recyclable and can remain out of refrigeration for up to 2 hours upon delivery.

We recommend refrigerating items as soon as possible after delivery.
Delivery ETA notifications and tracking information are sent via SMS to the mobile number provided with the shipping information during checkout. Please refer to this for notification of your delivery, as the drivers may not knock or ring the doorbell.

Available delivery windows will automatically show during checkout and are based on post codes.

All online orders close at 2pm two days prior to the next available delivery window. A mobile number must be included with the orders to receive tracking notifications.

Click & Collect availability for our different store locations will show automatically at checkout.
