Grown on one precious acre, 4 Burgundy clones - MV6, 667, Pommard and Able - grow in a steep sloping vineyard that runs down to Stony Creek from Tucks Rd Shoreham.
Maritime breezes blow up the valley from two bays and Bass Strait into our NE facing vineyard where the vines draw from the rich red soil and basalt fault line that gives Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noirs their unique characteristics.
This perfect terroir, lovingly cultivated using biodynamic and organic methods, continues to delight with each new vintage.
2021, our 6th vintage, matured in both new and old French oak barrels, is a gorgeous deep ruby colour with notes of oak, black cherry on the palate and a floral plum nose producing an elegant classic Pinot Noir. It’s drinking beautifully now and will cellar happily if you can resist!
