serving instructions
preheat oven to 180 degrees, transfer chicken pieces to a tray and heat for 10-12 minutes or until warmed through. microwave the bao buns for 30 seconds. place chicken pieces in each bao. top with cabbage slaw, pickled cucumber and teaspoon of the chipotle mayo.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 180 degrees, transfer sliced pork belly pieces on to a tray and heat for 10-12 minutes or until warmed through. Meanwhile, microwave the bao buns for 30 seconds. Place one slice of pork belly in each bao, followed by a couple of pieces of pickled cucumber and ¾ teaspoon of the ssamjang mayo. Serve immediately
