ANCIENT GRAIN SALAD, FETA, POMEGRANATE VINAIGRETTE

A little crunch, a little brightness and plenty to share around the Christmas table. Our ancient grain salad brings together grains, nuts, vegetables and herbs, finished with crumbled feta and a bright pomegranate vinaigrette – a generous festive side with texture in every spoonful.

Serve alongside your Christmas favourites for a fresh contrast to the richer dishes. We’ve taken care of the preparation; simply toss, finish with feta and bring it to the table.

Serving instructions:
Transfer the salad to a bowl, keeping the feta aside. Season with salt and cracked pepper, then toss gently with the pomegranate dressing. Crumble the feta over the top.

Allow 100g per guest when serving with two proteins and three sides.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

BLAKEAWAY deliveries are facilitated by Home Delivery Service (HDS), one of Australia’s largest national refrigerated courier companies. For local areas within an approximate 5-10km radius of our store locations in Metro Melbourne we generally hand-deliver.

Orders are delivered in our insulated 'disco boxes,' which are fully recyclable and can remain out of refrigeration for up to 2 hours upon delivery.

We recommend refrigerating items as soon as possible after delivery.
Delivery ETA notifications and tracking information are sent via SMS to the mobile number provided with the shipping information during checkout. Please refer to this for notification of your delivery, as the drivers may not knock or ring the doorbell.

Available delivery windows will automatically show during checkout and are based on post codes.
