HALF FREE RANGE TURKEY BREAST WITH CARAMELISED APPLE AND SAGE STUFFING (GF)

HALF FREE RANGE TURKEY BREAST WITH CARAMELISED APPLE AND SAGE STUFFING (GF)

A festive centrepiece with the hard work already done. Our half free-range turkey breast is brined for two hours, filled with caramelised apple and fragrant sage stuffing, then rolled and cooked sous vide for four hours.

Simply reheat in a hot oven to gently warm it through and crisp the skin, then slice and serve. Less time in the kitchen, more time around the Christmas table.

Allow 130–150g per guest when serving with two proteins and three sides.

Available exclusively by pre-order for Christmas. Delivery or collection from Glen Iris, 16–24 December.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

BLAKEAWAY deliveries are facilitated by Home Delivery Service (HDS), one of Australia’s largest national refrigerated courier companies. For local areas within an approximate 5-10km radius of our store locations in Metro Melbourne we generally hand-deliver.

Orders are delivered in our insulated 'disco boxes,' which are fully recyclable and can remain out of refrigeration for up to 2 hours upon delivery.

We recommend refrigerating items as soon as possible after delivery.
Delivery ETA notifications and tracking information are sent via SMS to the mobile number provided with the shipping information during checkout. Please refer to this for notification of your delivery, as the drivers may not knock or ring the doorbell.

Available delivery windows will automatically show during checkout and are based on post codes.
